When should we book?
Tree and décor calendars fill from October. Book in September for first choice of delivery and installation dates.

Can we rent for just one season, or do we have to commit to more?
A single season is fine. Most clients return because next year starts with a phone call instead of a project.

What if something breaks or goes out during the season?
We monitor and maintain everything we install. Repairs and replacements through the season are included, not billed, and we are on site within 48 hours.

Do we keep the decorations after the season?
No, and that is the point: we own, maintain and store the materials, so your display is renewed every year and your garage stays empty.

Is the tree real or artificial?

Do we set the tree up ourselves?
No. Our crews deliver, set up and style the tree in place, and come back to remove it. Unlike a rental tree shipped in a box, there is nothing for you to assemble or repack.
