How much does this service cost?


Pricing varies depending on difficulty and size of project. Every installation is unique and difficulty levels vary. The cost of our service depends on several factors, including the amount of lights you’d like to hang, level of danger, and overall time it will take to put your display together. Installation, materials, maintenance, and removal are included in the quoted price. Please keep in mind you will be provided a ROUGH estimate over the phone/email. Once the installer on site has reviewed the detailed installation, he will have the FINAL UPDATED QUOTE for your approval.




How do I get an estimate?


Fill out our contact form or call us! Fill out our contact form or call our friendly staff. Providing as much detailed information on what your expectations are will better help us achieve your desired goal. Please mention your budget to our staff and we will do our best to work within your budget, as our success is based solely on the happiness of our customers. If the cost is acceptable, we’ll schedule a date and time to install your decorations.




When should I request an estimate/installation?


ASAP our schedule fills up fast! Every client has a preference of which holiday's they want to celebrate! We begin Holiday lighting as soon as September! We urge our clients to have installation done prior to our customers to have installation busy season (November). Many customers have installation done early November and keep their lights off until black Friday. Clients simply plug in their lights when they are ready.




What type of lights should I buy?


Our total package means that we provide all lights and materials for you! For your convenience and the promising durability of our products, Christmas Brothers leases Commercial-Grade LED lights and decor. We've developed a preferred list of quality materials, based on aesthetics, energy efficiency and reliability. If you have lights already, please donate or recycle!




Do you take the lights down at the end of the season?


Absolutely! Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We will have your decorations removed by the end of January. We will inform you of your removal date directly after the new year.




What if my lights stop working?


If youre lights are not working- don't worry, we have a dedicated, on-call maintenance team ready for you! We will never leave you during times of desperation. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships. We guarantee all light bulbs are operational before we leave. Unfortunately, light bulbs are designed to burn out, including weather related reasons such as wind, rain or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, our maintenance crews will return to promptly troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Do I need to be home for the installation?


We know you're busy! Our trained installation crews are efficient and can complete your installation regardless of your availability.




Why do you only use LED lights?


LED light wattage is significantly less than traditional Incondescent lights and the bulbs always stay cool to the touch. LED lights save money on both your power bill and as a deterent to lights going out. LED lights are extremely weather proof and durable compared to incondescent lights.
